Day2 starts at 9.00 a.m. The first speaker is Mr Steve Jones from Australian Sports Commission presenting Managing the Commercialization and Maintenance of Sports Facilities. He presented about the ASC Commercial and Facilities. How ASC generate income to grow sports in Australia.
Facilities at ASC includes residential rooms, dining hall, basketball/netball training hall, conference rooms,theatre, indoor soccer pitch, combat sports hall, outdoor synthetic pitch, biomechanic testing area, recovery centre, 25 metre pool, 50 meter pool, swimming gym, outdoor playing field, sports visitor centre, AIS arena, various car parking areas, tenniscourt and children centre.
The second paper to be a panel discussion on Optimizing Private Enterprise in Sports Development.
