Congratulation to policeman Sazali Samad who won another tittle in the world body building championship. At 43, he proves that age is not a determining factor in declining of sports performance. We Malaysian should do away with the "kuda tua" image among our sportsmen and from the fans . As long as he or she can perform and outdo the younger contenders, he or she deserve to take part. In certain sports, age maturity can help determine performance. This is because sports performance needs disciplined individuals and it is one of the components of success. Sazali had proven it.
